Fantastic tour, not only entertaining but also informative of the deep history of the city and broader region! The chocolate and wine was delicious and it always helps to have a guide walk you through the process. An increased level of understanding further enhanced the flavors and we can't say enough great things about the tour!

This walking tour is a must for any visit to Carcassonne! Joyce was the most fabulous guide and we discovered parts of the city we would not have seen without taking the tour. The chocolate shop was beyond amazing and very reasonably priced for gifts. The wine tasting was brilliant and Mario’s pizza in The Tasting Room - well it was authentic Italian. This tour had been recommended to me by a friend and it was definitely the highlight of our break. Make sure you take the tour with Joyce such a lovely and well travelled lady as you will enjoy it from start to finish and have many laughs along the way.

I went on this tour with my mum and we both had such a wonderful time. Not only did we learn the fascinating history of Carcassonne, we ate the most delicious chocolates and drank some fantastic wines. To anybody visiting Carcassonne, I can’t recommend this highly enough!

What a fabulous time we had! We sampled very generous servings of some of the most beautiful wine and chocolate. I can't recommend this experience strongly enough, the time flew by and I wish we could come back soon and do it all again. Thank you, you really made my husband's birthday weekend extra special.

My friend and I had a fantastic morning strolling around beautiful Carcassonne in the sunshine, hearing stories about the city. The chocolate and wine producers showed a real love for their products which were of a very high standard. A must do for anyone interested in wine, chocolate or just food in general!

Joyce was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed hearing the history of Carcassonne. The chocolate was divine and we enjoyed both stops for tasting wine. We learned much about the wine of the region...The pizza was fabulous as well. Highly recommend!
